Catamaran Lagoon Lagoon 42 - 4 + 2 cab. In 2018, it was in excellent condition. There were a few small things that are not worth mentioning. The charter staff did a great job and were always at our disposal, kudos to yacht charter! If your base is in Biograda or nearby, you must visit Telascica, Kornate, Kaprije, Murter and Vrgada. Definitely to recommend the region, the charter as well as the vessel.

Betrügerische Nachzahlungs-Forderung von YACHTCHARTER
Wir wurde Opfer von betrügerischen Nachzahlungs-Forderung seitens Yachtcharter.
Nach dem der Check-Out am Freitag ohne Beanstandungen abgeschlossen hatten und wir bereits OK bekommen haben das alles in Ordnung sei (inklusive OK vom Taucher) mussten wir beim Verlassen des Bootes am Samstag eine Nachzahlung leisten (von der Kaution abgezogen ohne Möglichkeit des Einspruches) Aufgrund von dubiosen Anschuldigungen betreffend Schäden an der Schiffsschrauben, welche beim Check Out am Freitag nicht vorhanden waren.
Yachtcharter ist unseriös und für uns auf der Black-List.

We are very sorry that the client is unsatisfied with our service and that he thinks that we made the payment without him being aware of the situation. Since the client has already sent a complaint through you, to which we responded on August 18, 2022. year, we think it is not out of place to repeat the chronology of this case: At the check out, the diver inspects the underwater part of the vessel. On the vessel Saturn, a rope was observed wrapped around the propeller. A diver was taking pictures of a coiled line and had to remove the line. The rope was very deeply tangled in the shaft so that the diver had to remove the propeller, untangled the rope and put the propeller back. He charged us for that service since we don't have our own diver, but we use him from the service, since in the ACI marina Vodice it is not allowed otherwise. We charged the client the amount = HRK 975, which is what the diver charged us. The client was warned at check out about this problem, but he denied it despite the photos that he did not want to look at at all. We also sent photos in our first reply. The base acted completely correctly and we consider the guest's dissatisfaction unjustified.

This charter company is one of the top-notch charterte and highly dedicated to the customers wellbeing. Thanks for the early-early-checkin. I van highly recommand this base in Trogir.
Die Übernahme des Bootes war etwas ungewohnt, da man erstmal alleine sich das Boot genau ansieht und durch Ankreuzen - alles Gesehene und Kontrollierte bestätigen muss.
Vorteil: Man hat genügend Zeit und fühlt sich nicht gestresst.
Anschliessend gib man Bescheid und kann die noch offenen Fragen besprechen!
Fazit: gefällt mir
We had a great sailing week with our Dufour GL 412 "Neptune". The boat was very new (BJ 2020) and everything was incgood conditions. Especially loved the outside grill in the rear! Only thing to improve: the boat only had teak on seats but not on cockpit floor. Staff from Charter was perfectly friendly and helpfull. Starting in Biograd we sailed 209 seamiles in 7 days and even reached the Island of Vis. All COVID-19 issues were handeled with professional manner!

Alles hat super funktioniert und die Charterwoche war absolut super. Das Boot war in perfektem Zustand. Speziell die Segeln waren sehr gut in Schuss. Der Griller am Heckt ist super. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Freundlichkeit in der Marina war top!
Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über den Ausdruck des Törns mit vielen Daten der Woche - wir haben diesen beim Check-Out bekommen!
3 Friends ab Sibenik jederzeit wieder!
Negativ: 100€ Parkkosten in der Marina für eine Woche finde ich sehr teuer!
Das Revier ist in jeder Hinsicht toll zum Segeln, Landschaft, Infrastruktur und Wetter.

Date le 5 stelle che comunque vi siete meritati, direi che qualcosa poteva essere migliorato:
- Sedie: purtoppo mancavano completamente e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Prevedetele.
- Generatore: in baia e con il caldo che faceva, sarebbe stato comodo averne uno per poter usufruire di tutti i servizi (incluso il frigorifero che soffriva molto)
- Tendalini: mancano sia nel fly che a prua
Abbiamo trascorso 1 settimana di inizio luglio navigando fra le Isole Incoronate e le altre altrettanto belle isole che si trovano poco al largo di Zara. Partenza da Sukosan su Dufour 530. Equipaggio composto da 8 adulti e 4 bambini. Le generose dimensioni della barca ci hanno permesso di godere appieno la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo trascorso 1 intera settimana senza mai fare marina ma solo una breve sosta al molo di un ristorante per fare il pieno d'acqua e poi subito via. Libertà, natura, leggerezza, amici, mare cristallino e splendidi paesaggi.

Un charter davvero d'eccellenza
Fino dal primo arrivo l'accoglienza è stata di prim'ordine, rapidi, efficienti, cordiali. La barca aveva i segni dell'età ma era comunque perfettamente in ordine e pulita. Al check out di nuovo hanno potuto dimostrare nuovamente efficienza, cordialità anche nelle operazioni di ormeggio così come pure il successivo check out. Davvero un esperienza piu'che positiva che porrà il charter come preferito nelle future scelte dell'imbarcazione. Davvero lo staff di Trogir fortemente consigliato.
È stata una bellissima esperienza: la barca rispecchiava quanto concordato e ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La società di charter si è dimostrata efficiente e disponibile; purtroppo la barca aveva un problema con la randa e il personale di base è intervenuto tempestivamente, risolvendolo parzialmente. Questo ha inficiato un po' la nostra vacanza, ma fortunatamente senza rovinarla.
A parte questo piccolo inconveniente, è andato tutto bene.
Alcune dotazioni dell'imbarcazione non eccellenti ed alcune incomprensioni con la marina (poi risolte), non mi permettono di dare il massimo della valutazione.
Bellissima vacanza. Nessun problema alla barca e/o in navigazione. Barca già noleggiata due anni fa e consigliata per facilità di manovra. Ottimo charter e servizio di marina. Probabile bis l'anno prossimo.

Overall it is a great experience. From the moment of check-in, with more than kind Ladies and professional technicians. The boat was as expected, all systems working without any issue. Only thing was-the sea was not warm enough. Thank to all involved
We were first time onboard on charter boat, but all passed smooth and easy since the boat is easy to manouver. Also we recommend Biograd as good starting point of your journey, since it is located in the middle of Croatian coast.
Ritengo che una barca di tale dimensione e con soli 7 anni di vita non possa essere consegnata nelle condizioni in cui l’abbiamo ricevuta : bagni fortemente maleodoranti per tutta la settimana e temperature in camera da 35 gradi con 90% di umidità renderebbero la vacanza impossibile a chiunque.

We are extremely sorry that our service and the sailing yacht itself did not meet the client’s expectations. Certainly the rating of the sailing yacht and the service is a surprise for us considering that the client at no time on check in or check out did not mention any problem. Unfortunately, the yacht is not equipped with air conditioning, and was not offered with the mentioned equipment. The client hired a professional skipper from whom we received an excellent rating on the condition of the yacht and sailing performance. For these reasons, we cannot agree with the given ratings. Very professional team, great catamaran
Big thanks to Marenauta Croatia, for their huge flexibility in the pandemic crises, it was only due to their flexibility (allowing us to finally decide 2 weeks in advance only, this was important as we were from different European states with different movement restrictions), that made our sailing possible, in particular, due to the last-minute information that our boat, which was supposed to be new (2020), didn't arrive due to pandemic and travel restrictions. We got a fantastic catamaran, clean, big, sufficiently equipped. Also, the skipper was very professional and easy-going, and perfectly speaking English. We sailed from Biograd towards Vis, Hvar.

Tutto fantastico tranne...
Salve, come sempre puntuali, precisi e disponibili. La vacanza è andata benissimo e il charter e l'imbarcazione sono stati eccellenti, a parte un problema all'impianto elettrico che ci ha fatto perdere una giornata ( risolto comunque dal charter ). Marenauta è sempre affidabile e competitiva. Bravi ! Unica pecca è il marina di Biograd, squallido, sporco e molto scomodo. Mai più noleggerò barche da quel marina.
Come sempre ho fatto, e come sempre mi hanno ascoltato, continuerò a consigliare ai miei clienti di utilizzare voi, sicuramente il numero uno !!!

Barca ben al di sotto delle aspettative e di quanto previsto dal contratto, sia per il discomfort che per la cattiva manutenzione. Principali elementi di contestazione sono:
1) 3 bagni effettivi contro i 4 dichiarati nella scheda tecnica. Avrebbero dovuto precisare che il quarto bagno era in realtà quello dello skipper
2) Bagni di dimensione ridotte e con lavandino praticamente inaccessibile
3) Spazi interni mal distribuiti con cabine piccole, dinette troppo grande con un captain desk enorme (e inutile)
4) Motore aria condizionata molto rumoroso e collocato sotto il pavimento d una delle due cabine di poppa; questa posizione ne ha impedito l'utilizzo per non penalizzare il riposo degli occupanti di quella cabina ma allo stesso tempo ha penalizzato tutti gli ospiti i quali hanno dovuto soffrire il caldo
5) Tende oscuranti delle due cabine di prua mancanti (!). Abbiamo dovuto rimediare usando teli bagno sopra gli oblò (rendendo così impossibile l'areazione della cabina)
6) Cuscineria sporca e logora, sia quella del pozzetto di poppa che quella prendisole di prua
7) Motore non funzionante al meglio, perdeva i giri se sollecitato, per i primi tre giorni a causa problema non meglio identificato (tubazioni?) a uno dei due serbatoi. Abbiamo così navigato a 7 nodi massimo con evidente perdita di tempo per raggiungere le destinazioni previste. Poi lo skipper ha usato l'altro serbatoio e il problema non si è più posto.
8) Luci pozzetto di poppa assenti: non ci è stato possibile organizzare una cena in barca causa buio totale
9) Motore del tender con potenza ridicola, solo 2 CV. La prossima volta preferiamo pagarlo (ci è stato offerto dal charter) e averne uno decente.
Per tutti i suddetti motivi abbiamo vissuto con molto disagio la nostra vacanza. Vi chiederemmo pertanto di inoltrare questo feedback al charter chiedendo loro il rimborso del 40% del costo del noleggio.

Una bella settimana,in uno dei posti più belli per fare vacanze in barca a vela.Nota negativa sono i costi ormai fuori misura per ormeggi,servizi,biglietti vari ... Caotica la vetusta base di partenza,ormai incomprensibile cosa aspettino a creare una struttura con dei servizi adeguati.

Ad un velista non puoi offrire di meglio, le opzioni sono infinite, accontenti tutti, chi vuole fare vela, chi ama la baia protetta per bagni e sole e chi vuole gente in città e chi ristoranti isolati in baie da sogno.
Had a great time on a boat. there were five of us on Dufiur 350 (two couples and a kid). we were sailing in Kornati region. great weather and excellent food.
Abbiamo navigato tra le isole con venti anche sostenuti, bellissimo e soprattutto poche barche in mare.

volevo darvi riscontro della settimana trascorsa in Croazia con la barca Dufour 350 da voi proposta e gestita a dal Charter.
Direi nel complesso che il giudizio non è positivo però vado maggiormente nel dettaglio ed allargo il quadro della situazione.
Il marina di Sangulin si è rivelato poco ospitale per come è strutturato a differenza di altri marina Croati. Mi spiego meglio:
1) Il marina non ha una area dedicata per lo scarico e il carico delle borse e cambuse varie.Lo spazio fronte strada è lo stesso utilizzato dalle macchine che attendono il traghetto per andare a Pasman...per cui potete immaginare il caos…
2) I bagni del marina sono collocati all'interno di container...
3) Non ci sono parcheggi adeguati e protetti nella prossimità del marina per chi vuole lasciare il proprio mezzo nelle vicinanze.Peraltro disponendo di un camper abbiamo dovuto rivolgerci a un campeggio distante qualche km da Biograd pagando non poco anche se i titolari del campeggio si sono dimostrati gentili ed educati...peraltro in tutti questi spostamenti sono stato anche multato dai vigili locali….
4) Una volta scaricato i bagagli e portato il mezzo al campeggio ho effettuato il check in.Successivamente al check in mi sono accorto di una anomalia che non mi era stata segnalata dal personale del charter….Mi accorgo che manca il carrello che scorre sulla rotaia del punto di scotta dell'auto-virante.Fatto presente questa cosa,il responsabile dell'assistenza tecnica mi dice che il pezzo si era rotto la settimana precedente con un altro equipaggio.Mi dice che era stato ordinato e che arriverà il martedì successivo.Mi rassicura che appena arriverà il pezzo mi contatteranno e mi raggiungeranno ovunque mi trovi per montare il pezzo nuovo.
Rassicurato (anche se non mi è piaciuto farlo presente io di questa mancanza) salpiamo….inutile dire che non sono stato più contattato e del pezzo che doveva essere montato non ho più saputo nulla…
Da un punto di vista tecnico questa mancanza ha condizionato tutta la crociera perché era praticamente impossibile utilizzare il fiocco che già di per sé è piccolo per una barca del genere ed è penalizzato già dal sistema auto-virante.Eliminare il sistema auto-virante ha praticamente eliminato del tutto il piacere di utilizzare il fiocco e di conseguenza il piacere di andare a vela. (allego 2 foto).
Al rientro ho fatto presente di questa mancanza e di questa non assistenza...alla reception mi hanno ascoltato ma mi hanno fatto capire che non potevano farci niente.Io non ho insistito perché sembrava di parlare a un muro di gomma e me ne sono andato.
In generale il personale si è dimostrato gentile ma assolutamente inadeguato nel risolvere la problematica nel momento in cui si è presentata e bisognava risolverla.
4) Entrambe le bussole erano starate (allego foto)
concludo la mia analisi con una particolare soddisfazione per:
- il meteo
- per i posti che abbiamo visitato
- per il grado di pulizia della barca e di abitabilità.
con una totale insoddisfazione per:
- il mancato utilizzo del fiocco in navigazione.
- la presenza di bussole starate.
NB.
Considerando che eravamo in 2 e non vedavamo l'ora,dopo un anno di lavoro e sacrifici,di navigare a vela con una barca bella come il Dufour 350 sostenendo da soli l'intero costo della barca...come velista non posso dirmi soddisfatto del trattamento riservato dall'armatore.

Ottimi servizi in tutto dal check in alla riconsegna. La barca scelta era effettivamente molto basik, senza alcun optional, mancava luce in pozzetto perché rimossa o precedentemente rotta. Come l'incompetenza dell'armatore può rovinare una vacanza
Siamo stati molto delusi dal comportamento poco professionale dello staff del charter, a seguito dell'increscioso evento, causato da problemi occulti preesistenti alla nostra partenza all'impianto di scarico del bagno, che ci ha costretti a perdere una giornata di vacanza per ritornare alla marina di Jezera (Murter) per far sistemare il guasto agli scarichi del bagno, ormai completamente intasati.
Questi sono i fatti accaduti:
1. Già al check-in abbiamo fatto presente che c’era un cattivo odore nel bagno, ma non è stata presa in considerazione la nostra obiezione.
2. Fin dal primo giorno di navigazione si era verificato un difettoso funzionamento della pompa elettrica dello svuotamento della doccia, ma speravamo si risolvesse. Non è stato così e abbiamo dovuto telefonare all’agenzia per chiedere assistenza. Per fortuna dopo molti tentativi di azionamento del pulsante la pompa ha ripreso a funzionare. Nel frattempo avevamo scoperto che non funzionava neanche la presa a 12V sul pannello generale, e non potevamo ricaricare il telefono mobile; la causa era un fusibile già bruciato nell’impianto elettrico.
3. Il giorno successivo invece non funzionava più il bagno e il WC non scaricava nulla, si riempiva di liquame che usciva fuori dalla tazza e sporcava il bagno. Abbiamo quindi dovuto chiedere nuovamente l’intervento tecnico all’agenzia.
4. Per sistemare il guasto abbiamo dovuto ritornare alla Marina di Jezera (Murter). I tecnici hanno lavorato molto, sia con il tubo di gomma infilato nello scarico sotto la barca, sia dal bagno azionando la pompa a mano, ma inutilmente, finché hanno messo in pressione gli scarichi con la pompa del WC. Ma quando hanno aperto il tappo sopra la barca sulla fiancata sinistra, è uscito un getto alto circa 2 metri che ha sporcato tutta la barca di liquame (acque nere con tantissima carta igienica, anche quella da cucina!!! Il getto di acque nere ha sporcato anche la barca ormeggiata di fianco a noi).
Vi lascio immaginare poi il disagio che abbiamo avuto per fare le pulizie con candeggina e disinfettanti, (anche alla barca ormeggiata a fianco).
Per tutti questi disagi subiti, per il tempo perso, le pulizie di fondo e le spese impreviste sostenute per recarci in marina a Jezera per la riparazione, abbiamo chiesto un risarcimento all’Agenzia che ci era stato promesso telefonicamente durante l’accaduto.
A fine settimana, al rientro in Marina a Biograd, lo staff ddel charter non ha però voluto riconoscere nulla, e viste le nostre insistenze hanno detto che avrebbero contattato lo staff di Marenauta.
In definitiva solo e grazie all’intermediazione dello staff di Marenauta, dopo 2 mesi di attesa, siamo riusciti alla fine ad avere un risarcimento (simbolico forse, ma almeno quello!!) del transit log pagato in quanto comprendeva le pulizie della barca.
