Boot bis auf Kleinigkeiten gut in Schuss (Tiefkühler war defekt, Ersatzgerät), Ansprechpartner immer verfügbar und kompetent, Wetter war dann auch noch perfekt, was will man mehr?

Overall, it was a very meaningful week, our team had a really good time, there are beautiful places in Croatia.
The sailing boat (Elan 45) was as described in the reservation and as it was expected, but let me highlight a few things that could perhaps be improved for a higher level of service:
- unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, which would be essential in that environment and climate
- the internal instruments did not always work properly, e.g. the fuel level display was dead.
- taking over the ship first day was a very fast and hasty process. Although we have advanced knowledge of sailing, we dont know all types of boats and we couldn't remember much about the very quick instructions. It was rather chaotic...
-the re-fueling process of the large number of ships expected at the end of the period must also be better organized - but we know it is not fully your business
But, again, we left Biograd with very pleasant experiences, thank you!

Bez obzira na vrijeme koje nam nije bilo naklonjeno, jedrenje s Vama je bilo pun pogodak zahvaljujuci Vasem skiperu, gosp. Petar Kirac, koji nas je odusevio svojom spontanoscu i poznavanjem svake vale na našoj ruti. Sve je bilo savrseno , jedino male zamjerke idu na gumice otvora od soba ( palubne) kroz koje se, uslijed kiše, provlacila voda. U svakom slucaju, vidimo se opet, obavezno sa “našim” skiperom.

Settimana di bel tempo e notti serene.
Forse troppo poco vento anche durante il giorno.
Barca in buono stato tutto sommato e personale del charter molto cordiale.
Eravamo in 4 sul 40 piedi..... ma Il pozzetto rimane sacrificato così come è poco lo spazio a prua per prendere il sole. Ottima e davvero ampia la poppa che si apre. La prossima volta non ci penseró 2 volte.... 46/50.
Sono ormai parecchi anni che facciamo charter in Croazia e anche qust'anno è andato tutto bene. Ottima accoglienza alla base , barca nuova e check out perfetto. Se proprio dovessi fare una critica devo dire che il check in è stato un po' frettoloso e non ci hanno dedicato il tempo necessario. Ma capisco che ad Agosto non si può pretendere di più.
Molto contento della gestione noleggio da parte di Marenauta.
Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la barca (fuoribordo rotto, elica prua fuori uso e cattivo odore da bagni) che ci hanno creato alcuni problemi la prima settimana. Rientrati alla base il noleggiatore ci ha sostituito il fuoribordo, riparato l'elica di prua e scollegato il serbatoio acque nere che era impossibile utilizzare. Sicuramente noleggeremo nuovamente tramite Marenauta.
