Die Betreuung durch Marenauta war sehr gut, sowohl bei der Auswahl der Destination wie auch bei späteren Fragen.
Auch der Vermieter hat einen guten Job gemacht.
Die Bavaria 45 war in sehr gutem Zustand, alle Instrumente und Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert.
Die Region ist einzigartig!

Traumhaft schöne Amalfiküste
Moderne sehr gut ausgestattete Marina in Salerno, etwas außerhalb von Salerno. Wir sind mit dem eigenen Auto angereist. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln eventuell schwieriger zu erreichen. Flughafentransfer durch den Vercharterer jedoch möglich. Keine großen Distanzen zwischen den Häfen. Jedoch stolze Liegegebühren. Teilweise Voranmeldung empfehlenswert(vor allem Capri).

Beautifull Aeolian Island
Aeolian Island are beatifull and sailing it's one of the best way to visit them. People are very friendly and helpfull. Food is amazing.
This charter company is extremely sub-par. They are rude, ignore your questions at check out, charge you for everything (who pays for extra sheets and pillows on a week long charter?!?), and try to give you cheap version of what you need! Thank god we asked them to show us how to use the outboard motor, because guess what, the one we paid for and were given did not work. Also, our dinghy was inoperable (it would sink) with the 5 of us in it,(despite chartering a 4 cabin boat with a 10 person capacity). They told us we did not have an invertor on our boat. When I called them the next day to again ask about this, as we needed it to charge a passenger's sleep apnea machine, they had to call the boat owner to find out that we did indeed have one. Lastly, our boat had a ton of algae on the bottom, which really slowed it down. I would highly recommend NOT chartering from this broker.

We are so sorry to read at a distance of 7 months that the customer was not satisfied with our service, as we always try to maintain a high level, but we still want to express our comment.
As far as we are concerned, in fact, the customer had no problem during his sailing holiday. As proof of this, we never received any communication or information from you regarding something that did not work on board or did not go well on the boat he hired.
We always provide constant assistance to our customers, so if you had informed us of something on board that did not go, we would have intervened to solve the problem, but it was not, as no staff member was informed of this. At boarding we provide our customers with telephone numbers to contact in case of need, and even in this case, the customer could contact the head of the base that would provide the necessary assistance in case of need, as was done for the request of the inverter, which, despite not being included in the standard equipment, was nevertheless supplied.
In addition, in our charter report compiled by the customer at the end of the holiday, the state of dissatisfaction expressed at a distance of seven months from the client is not clear. We therefore believe that there are no grounds for expressing such complaints against our charter company.
However, because we would still be pleased to host the customer again on board one of our boats, we are willing to offer him a voucher to spend at the base for the purchase of extra optionals.

La marina di Portorosa è molto bella e ben organizzata. Ci fosse un servizio WI-FI sarebbe ottima! Il personale è stato molto professionale e competente. I posti visitati meravigliosi anche se in mare abbiamo purtroppo riscontrato troppa plastica galleggiare. La barca sicuramente molto comoda, ma con dei lavori di manutenzione urgente che se fossero stati effettuati prima della nostra settimana di vela, avrebbero reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole. Tutto sommato, giudico questa esperienza molto positiva e sono sicuro che torneremo tra qualche anno, magari per fare due settimane di vela, perché una è decisamente troppo poco per visitare bene tutti quei splendidi posti.
Boat in good condition, just a few minor defects (speedo not working, some problems with the lights, etc ). Good boat, but a second reefing line should be provided. On this boat, you have to reduce the sail sooner than on others, so one reef is not enough.
We would also have liked to have a spinnaker.
Nice people at the base, everything fine. Except for the sanitaries (toilets and showers) in very very poor condition.
Egadi, un salto nel passato sognando ad occhi aperti
Qualche timore iniziale riguardo le limitazioni imposte dall'Area Marina Protetta è via via sfumato dopo il briefing con i referenti del cantiere. La barca, un Lagoon 380, è tenuta molto bene nonostante qualche annetto di anzianità. Completa di tutto per quanto riguarda dotazioni e attrezzature. La navigazione nelle isole riserva continuamente nuove sorprese, baie spettacolari, borghi che richiamano scene di film degli anni 60, persone sempre gentili e disponibili alla chiacchiera. Prima notte in rada all'ancora su Favignana a cala Pozzo, la giornata successiva giro antiorario fino a Favignana dove ormeggiamo da Gigi (che avevamo già chiamato nei giorni precedenti per avere certezza del posto), gentile e simpatico. Cena in piazzetta da "il pescatore", non è economico, ma non si può sbagliare nella scelta delle pietanze. Sempre ottime. Mattino successivo si parte per Marettimo, visita della Grotta del Camello, con il tender dentro fino alla spiaggetta sul fondo grotta e poi in esplorazione con la maschera. Molto bella e particolare per la presa di luce a centro grotta. Come sempre il meteo condiziona la navigazione e abbiamo dovuto passare due notti a Marettimo in banchina,cosa che ci ha permesso di scoprire l'animo riservato e gentile dell'isola e dei suoi abitanti. Uomini che scrutano il mare e cercano di interpretarlo, lo considerano una creatura viva da rispettare sempre. Una creatura che da da vivere con la pesca, ma può riservare brutte esperienze se si è spavaldi nei suo confronti. Ci siamo poi diretti su Levanzo, un bagno in rada davanti al paese è d'obbligo, così come la visita del piccolo borgo. Da li poi per San Vito lo Capo, dove ci siamo immersi nel casino serale di questa stazione rinomata e frequentatissima dai siciliani. Al mattino visita dello Zingaro fino a Scopello e poi dietro front per ripercorrere la rotta per Levanzo dove passiamo la notte ormeggiati alla boa in rada a Cala Fredda. L'indomani, venerdì, puntatina a Cala Rossa su Favignana e poi si rientra alla base a Marsala. Durante la settimana abbiamo aperto le vele diverse volte divertendoci ad andature anche di 8/9 nodi con venti di 20/22 nodi. Imbarcazione performante ed efficiente.
Qualche nota sui permessi. Navigando con una imbarcazione provvista di permesso dell'ente Area Protetta Marina Isole Egadi si possono frequentare aree verdi e gialle, si può ancorare, ma fuori dai campi boe, le notti in rada sono possibili solo ormeggiando nelle aree attrezzate con boe pagando il un ticket di 38 euro per 24 ore agli addetti che girano con un barchino. E' prevista anche una tariffa agevolata settimanale che vi permette di ormeggiare nei campi boe dove e quando si vuole per 7 giorni consecutivi. Poche barche in giro, poca gente nei paesi delle isole, una vacanza rilassante.
La barca nuova e accogliente, ottima per le discese in acqua, anche se visibilmente usata, senza cuscini in pozzetto (l'altra uguale li aveva). Grazie ad un buon vento abbiamo anche provato l' ebrezza di oltre 10 nodi di bolina. Spiagge e calette ? Pensavo meglio anche relativamente alla pulizia dell' acqua con leggera schiuma in superficie, io ho in mente la Sardegna, mio fratello, lo skipper, Ponza.
Nessun problema evidenziato per la barca, nei porti buona accoglienza e non esageratamente costosi.
ero un pò preoccupato perché non conoscevo la società del charter ed il catamarano era un pò datato. Il prezzo tuttavia era ottimo. Mi son dovuto ricredere subito, lo staff che ho trovato in banchina è stato simpatico e professionale. Per me era la prima volta che conducevo un catamarano. Il Lagoon 380 Giulia si è dimostrato subito pregevole e facile da condurre. Nonostante la sua età è tenuto molto bene. Abbiamo trovato sempre vento e per questo abbiamo speso solo 35 euro di gasolio per una settimana.

Dei 15 giorni previsti ne ho persi 6 per un problema fisico, poi una serie di inconvenienti alla barca non hanno reso al meglio la vacanza.
La zona di navigazione (Palermo, Cefalù, Eolie) è semplicemente stupenda e ci tornerò

In linea di massima una vacanza nel segno del bel tempo per veleggiare.La barca per essere il modello del 2016 piuttosto maluccia.La pecca principale e quella del Plotter in parte non funzionante e che Paola,addetta al Base Support molto gentile e disponibile bisogna dirlo,ci ha messo a dispositione un I-pad con Navionics e il motore del Tender non funzionante..Molto disponibile e di aiuto il Base Maneger Gabriele che ha sempre risposto alle nostre telefonate per i vari consigli.Raccomanderei l armatore a condizione di essere ricevuti dallo stesso personale molto gentile e disponibile.

We have just received the complaint of the
client and we would like to answer to it.
I have
just talket to my colleague who welcomed the client at the base,
Paola, and she has just confirmed me that the plotter was not
properly working, so it was nexessary to bring it to maintanence.
Unfortunately it was not delivered on time for client's charter. So,
we provided him with an I pad with Navionic, so the client was able
to sail without any problems. We are sorry that we were not able to
provide the client with the plotter, but we found a valid
alternative to it, giving him the I pad.
As
regards the outborder, Paola confimed me that it gave some problems
to the client. Paolo and Gabriele helped him, as the client self
said, but, as the outborder was not working perfectly, we have
provided to refund it. In fact, while the client was in the Elba, he
broke the propeller of bow thruster, causing a damage of 200 €.
Because, he had the problem on the outborder and he was not able to
use it and the cost of it was 100 €, we only made him paid for the
damage 100 €, refunding this way the cost for the outborder.
I hope you can appreciate
our afford for the client, who was anyway satisfied of the charter
when he disembarked.

Barca non adeguata per charter
Avendo posseduto barche in passato so che anche se una barca è vecchia può essere mantenuta in modo adeguato ma purtroppo non ho trovato questa barca "fit" per il charter, anzi ha creato delle incertezze che hanno segnato la vacanza. La cosa più grave è che il raytheon non funzionava e che il tablet "volante" fornito come sostitutivo (e se si fosse danneggiato o fosse caduto in acqua di chi era la responsabilità?) non leggeva la posizione nave perché la ricarica era finita. Questo mi ha forzato a non partire subito di notte come era mia intenzione inizialmente in quanto la situazione troppo incerta. Il tablet ha iniziato a funzionare correttamente solo ad Alicudi, cioè quasi 24 ore dopo l'inizio del charter. Inoltre il segnavento non funzionava e vi era una discostanza di diversi nodi tra lo strumento a bordo ed il Loran. Inoltre il gommone era rattoppato ed i materassini a bordo pieni di macchie. Le vele ed i tendini vecchi.......Infine ( ma ci sarebbero altre piccole cose) le maniglie dei winch vecchie diventano difficili da estrarre dal winch cosa che in situazioni di emergenza non va bene. In contrasto i ragazzi all'accoglienza ed il resto del servizio è stato all'altezza di un esperienza migliore che avremmo certamente avuto con una barca più adeguata.

Grand Soleil is very good sailing boat
Very good boat, but in the future I would never rent a boat with electrical toilets anymore ;-(
The welcome was very pleasant and helpful, we were picked up by the supermarket and more importantly brought back to the boat. That helps for a great start. The weather was not very good, some rain and very strong winds. Also the distances between save harbours on the north coast of Sicily is rather big.

raggiungere il marina dopo essere sbarcati dal traghetto napoli palermo prestissimo non va bene xche non c'e' nessuna traccia fisica della ditta armatrice... ma poi e' arrivata della gente verso le 9 :)
disponibili e cordiali ci anticipano che ci avrebbero dato la barca probabilmente anche in anticipo...
poi passano le ore e siamo saliti a bordo come da contratto
le carte erano tutte di scala altissima e molte fotocopiate...
i livelli dell'olio del motore e dell'invertitore sono stati rabboccati dopo mia segnalazione ...
la dotazione di stoviglie si puo' migliorare
il sistema di riduzione della randa non era montato
dei "coprimaterassi" posizionati senza doverli chiedere avrebbero fatto fare un figurone visto lo stato dei materassi
la porta di un bagno aveva la chiusura che nn funzionava
non ricordo altro ma e' passato del tempo... :)
partiamo la mattina dopo tutto bene a parte qualche capriccio dell'autopilota fino al penulultimo giorno quando in prossimita' di san vito lo capo non entrava più la marcia dopo ripetuti tentativi riprende a funzionare entro in porto chiamo mi dicono che l'indomani alle 8 sarebbero stati li arrivano alle 9.45 sostituiscono l'elica con una che era gia in barca visibilmente usata e incrostata partimao dopo poco rifa' lo stesso difetto
cmq ripprovando riprende a funzionare e senza altri inconvenienti rientriamo a palermo stando in contatto x eventuali avarie
al ceck out ci comunicano che ci avrebbero addebitato l'elica
xche' secondo loro avevamo preso qualcosa in mare....
l'elica e il tagliacavo non presentavano il minimo segno
cmq nonostante reiterate proteste abbiamo pagato e mentre lasciavamo la barca il meccanico stava gia' smontando la manovella del gas (ho la foto)

Barca nuovissima, molto comoda e perfetta per una vacanza in barca in famiglia. Unico neo è stato l'equipaggiamento, ancora da perfezionare poichè la barca era solo al suo secondo charter. Personale dell'armatore efficiente e cordiale. Giudizio molto positivo
