Bavaria Cruiser 40 S is a good choice. It is a comfortable sailing boat. Genoa instead of flok would be a better option. Some small things on equipment could be easily improved.
Marina Pirovac has a good geographical position, close to the Kornati, and a lot of other great destinations. Charter local crew is good and friendly. A little bit more equipment, like trolleys, would make it even better.
La barca era del 2013 ma piuttosto sfruttata. Ottimo il check-in amministrativo, ma quello sulla barca è stato frettolosissimo e fatto da un ragazzo che in pratica non parlava inglese (cosa segnalata alla società di charter). Il salpa-ancora ci ha abbandonato ma siamo riusciti a farlo ripartire trovando il fusibile difettoso e sostituendolo.
Il motore fuoribordo che ci è tato dato era vecchisismo e perdeva contunua mente benizna (serbatoio evidentemente rotto). Il suo costo (70 euro) ci è stato comunque rimborsato.

Pirovac is nice location, people are friendly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Marina is nice, but cleanliness of the sea in marina is not on expected level. I think that port authority should insist on usage of black tank for all boats inside of marina.
