Thank you for sending the feedback of the client.
Concerning the charter with the yacht Semiramis , we are sorry to see that the clients made this review
and we are also surprised by it.
Some comments about the review that we received:
First of all , when the clients arrived at our base (around 10:30) they asked to check in the yacht as early as possible, so we had to rush to get the yacht ready. After the client was informed by the base manager through SMS that the yacht would be ready at around 16:00 (the charter contract mentions that the charter starts at 17:00), they came back to the base at 15:00 with groceries from the supermarket. At that time the cleaner that was preparing the yacht from outside had just finished cleaning, so this means that the yacht was all wet (the interior cleaning was complete). The clients were informed that they should wait a few till the cockpit was dry before entering, but they entered the yacht to put the groceries in nevertheless. As you can imagine after stepping in the wet cockpit, they entered inside the freshly mopped floor which resulted in shoe marks all over the yacht.
Second, during the check in procedure the base manager asked for the skipper and the co-skipper to attend the check-in and asked for the rest of the crew to wait in our base till the technical check in of the yacht was complete. The clients asked if another lady could also attend the check-in to translate a few things to the skipper, so she also entered the yacht. Then some of the rest of the crew wanted to enter the yacht as well. The base manager kindly asked if there could be only these three people inside the yacht so that they could have space to show the yacht and make the check-in more efficient. This resulted in the frustration of one crew member who told something to the other crew in Italian not knowing that one of our team members speaks Italian, but we did not mention anything.
Third, after the check-in and during the procedure of the inventory list the client rated the outside cleaning and the saloon as average. After the base manager saw that, asked the clients if they were not satisfied with the cleaning and whether they wanted him to call the cleaning crew again. The client’s response was that they do not wish to call the cleaning crew and concerning the ratings they told us that the wooden table of the cockpit had oil stains from previous charters. These stains can only be removed if the wood is sanded down and then the next time that someone drips anything that could contain oil, the table will be stained again. The saloon was rated average because of the shoe marks on the floor (after stepping on the wet cockpit). The rest of the cleaning was rated as either excellent or good.
During the trip, the clients never contacted the base manager for any problems whatsoever and on Friday they were also informed about bad weather incoming in the afternoon so that they could be prepared.
When the clients returned to the marina, they reported to the base manager that they did not have any problems or something that malfunctioned during their trip and that they had a good time and did not complain about anything.
Thus, we strongly believe that this review does not represent the work that we do and the effort that we put into every charter.
If it is possible, we would like to have more comments from the client on what made him write such a review.
And one last thing for the equipment of the yacht: 3/5
Please note that the yacht has new 2021:

Dimitris
